How AI Works Here
- When you write in your journal, your entry is encrypted and securely transmitted to our servers.
- We use OpenAI’s API to process your entry and generate helpful prompts, summaries, or reflections.
- Your entries are stored temporarily but automatically deleted within 10 days.
What We Don’t Do
- We do not use your journal entries to train AI models.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
Limitations of AI
- AI may generate suggestions that are not always accurate or suitable.
- AI responses are not professional medical, therapeutic, or legal advice.
- You should use your own judgment when reflecting on AI outputs.
Your Control
- All entries are permanently deleted within 10 days.
- You can request deletion at any time before 10 days by emailing: helloaiforteachers@gmail.com.
- You may choose what information to include or exclude from your journal.
