All site content, design, and trademarks are owned by AI Journal App or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or exploiting the Services.
• Using the Services for spamming, advertising, or commercial gain beyond personal journaling.
• Attempting to compromise security or functionality.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of Services.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for reliance on AI outputs, service interruptions, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Services.
