- Journal entries are automatically deleted within 10 days.

Minors
AI Journal App is intended for adults (18+). Users under 18 may not use the Services. Prompts that reference “students” or “kids” are provided only as resources for educators, parents, or caregivers—not for direct use by minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it.
Your Rights
- Access and Correction: Request access to or correction of your data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data, except where retention is required by law. Contact: support@aijournalapp.ai. All journal entries are automatically deleted within 10 days of submission.
International Users
Our Services are hosted in the United States. By accessing them outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S.
AI Use & Limitations
- AI outputs are for personal reflection only.
- They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.

Liability Disclaimer
You retain ownership of your entries. We disclaim liability for reliance on AI outputs, journaling outcomes, or misuse of prompts with minors. Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
